Rice football lost to UTEP, but that was one of several interesting results across Conference USA. Eric Henry joins us to debrief a wild week and weird season.

The 2021 Conference USA football season is nearing its close. Some things have been as expected like the eventual clash of UAB and UTSA in the West. Others have come out of nowhere such as Old Dominion’s late-season surge toward bowl eligibility. Matthew is joined this week by Eric Henry of Underdog Dynasty to take stock of the season and look ahead at the final week of the year.

Rice football cooled off quickly, falling in overtime at home against North Texas only a week removed from their thrilling upset over UAB.

It was a rude awakening for Rice football against North Texas.
