The Roost Podcast | Ep. 225 – Rice Football Spring Ball Review

Rice Football spring practice is in the books and The Roost Podcast is back to break down the good and the bad from the last several weeks on the grass.

It’s been a busy few weeks around South Main, including the conclusion of Rice Football spring practices with the Spring Showcase. What did we learn about the Owls over these sessions and what questions still remain? We dig into it all on this week’s show.

We talked through it all. You can find previous episodes on the podcast page. For now, give a listen to Episode 225.

  • SLOT: The incoming transfers are good enough to make this a position with multiple trusted options.
  • WR: The X Receiver will be a viable part of the offense this season.
  • TE: The tight end will be a viable part of the offense this season.
  • OL: There’s enough depth on the OLine to make it through the season.
